Adam and Colin host such a great class - even as an experienced barista I felt myself really benefiting from my time with them. The course is well structured and led in a very conversational and natural way, allowing for lots of practice with one-on-one feedback on each pour. Highly recommend!

Parallel Frosted Glass Mug

Damn it's good.

My setup is this: Wilfa Uniform (grind setting 24) + Sage Brewer with the large basket.

I'm doing 70g of beans for 1,200ml of coffee and the outcome is fantastic. Everyone loves it and each day we all look at each other and say "DAMN". Great job!

Incredible Spoon

I wouldn’t usually write a review for a spoon but honestly this is one of the best spoons I’ve ever had. You could say I’m a bit of a spooning expert, and all I know is, you always get a good spoon from Parallel. Any now for my review of this cupping spoon, it’s weighty in all the right places with a deep basin and good angles for slurping! Highly recommend!
