Tasted this at Strangers with Coffee in Wells this week and thought it was exceptional. I'm not skilled in the analytical vocabulary of coffee tasting, so I'll just say that for me, subjectively, it came very close to coffee heaven.
Adam and Colin host such a great class - even as an experienced barista I felt myself really benefiting from my time with them. The course is well structured and led in a very conversational and natural way, allowing for lots of practice with one-on-one feedback on each pour. Highly recommend!
A massive fan of this flavourful blend! I’ve been making it with a moka pot which was worked really well. Looking forward to trying more from Parallel this year! :)
Really enjoyed this mixed blend. Excited to try some of the other blends but this has set a high bar
You’d think that purchasing a mug would be a fairly rudimentary thing. But let me tell you, this is a mug like no other. The texture of it in your hand, the way its curves caress your lips as you enjoy that delicious Parallel coffee. It simply can’t be matched. What are you waiting for? Are you some kind of mug? Get on it!
My setup is this: Wilfa Uniform (grind setting 24) + Sage Brewer with the large basket.
I'm doing 70g of beans for 1,200ml of coffee and the outcome is fantastic. Everyone loves it and each day we all look at each other and say "DAMN". Great job!

I wouldn’t usually write a review for a spoon but honestly this is one of the best spoons I’ve ever had. You could say I’m a bit of a spooning expert, and all I know is, you always get a good spoon from Parallel. Any now for my review of this cupping spoon, it’s weighty in all the right places with a deep basin and good angles for slurping! Highly recommend!
These beans are super coffee, if you want beans that taste like coffee these are the beans for you. Even if you aren't into coffee or beans these will rock your socks off buddy, trust me. You want some coffee beans to impress a date or a platonic friend? These are your beans stud.
Thank you so much for roasting good decaf! I’ve been struggling to find fun, fruity and interesting decaf—even decent stuff isn’t exciting—but this fits the brief! And a decent price. It works better in milk. The best recipe we’ve found so far is 17in, 35out, 29 seconds.
Really enjoying this coffee. I make it in a V60 using the recommended Tesco Ashbeck water for a great cup. A distinctive flavour makes it stand out amongst other blended beans. Will be back for more.
