Parallel Coffee is a Glasgow-based specialty coffee company founded by Danny and Colin, two coffee enthusiasts dedicated to sourcing and roasting high-quality beans from around the world. Our mission is simple - to share our passion for coffee and provide our customers with exceptional beans that highlight unique flavour profiles.

We believe that the latitude at which coffee is grown is a crucial factor in determining its flavour and quality. That's why we name each of our coffees after its parallel line of latitude, such as 6.2 degrees for Wilder Lasso's Pink Bourbon, the first coffee we purchased. This is our way of acknowledging the relevance of latitude to coffee, and paying tribute to the importance of sourcing in the world of specialty coffee.

Our name, Parallel Coffee, is a nod to the region of Provence, known for its high-quality coffee sourcing. We're proud to be part of the specialty coffee community and are dedicated to sharing our love of exceptional coffee with our customers.
