A Nod to Origin
Our name, Parallel Coffee, is a tip of the hat to provenance and sourcing relating to coffees supply chain & flavour. Coffee is grown between 23.5 degrees North & South of the equator, therefore these are the Parallel lines within which all coffee originates.

The Story Behind Provenance
Coffee growing & coffees flavour profiles are affected by the terroir with which it’s grown. Growing conditions like altitude, soil compensation, shade, weather conditions, varietal of coffee grown will all affect the end flavour profile.

Roasting Philosophy
Our philosophy behind our approach to roasting is to showcase as much of the natural terroir characteristics with every coffee. We do not ‘omni’ roast any of our coffees as we firmly believe in roasting a coffee for a specific purpose. Our coffee is typically on the ‘lighter’ end of the roasting spectrum.
